- Application to Withdraw from All Courses
The last day to withdraw for the Fall 2009 semester is Monday, November 23. Submit the Application to Withdraw from All Courses to the Registrar's Office in 222 Criser Hall. Then, if you are withdrawing for medical reasons, see Jeannie Malphurs at the Dean of Students Office for an application to have your withdrawal reviewed as a medical withdrawal. - Looking for Something?
