Disability Resource Center Online Services

End User License Agreement

By using any of the Disability Resource Center Online Services you are agreeing to the following:

  1. The Disability Resource Center is not responsible for missed tests or exams due to a problem with the Online Services. You should not wait to the night before to check for time and/or place of your exam. This service is an additional way to check your tests. You can also call the Disability Resource Center at (352)392-8565 between the hours of 8-5 pm or email testing@dso.ufl.edu to check on your tests.
  2. The Disability Resource Center is not responsible for classroom accommodation emergencies due to our Online Accommodation Letter Request Form service. Students should fill out the form as soon as the classes and professors or TA's are known. The student should then come by the Disability Resource Center two days after completing the form to pick up the letters. This service is an additional way to request accommodation letters. You can also download a Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat version of the form or come by the Disability Resource Center between the hours of 8-5 pm.
  3. Logs are kept of every attempt to access the database and any unauthorized or improper use could result in the lose of use of this service and/or criminal charges.
