Health Center Student Conduct Committee
This committee hears cases of academic dishonesty that occur in the Health Center Colleges. The faculty may use the Faculty Adjudication process, or may refer the case to the Health Center Student Conduct Standards Committee for adjudication. This committee is appointed by the President and is comprised of faculty, staff, and students from the Health Center Colleges.
The hearing process for the Health Center Student Conduct Standards Committee follows that of the Student Conduct Committee, previously discussed in the hearing format section. This committee makes findings of facts and recommendations concerning responsibility and the imposition of a sanction to the Dean of Students. Appeals are made to the Vice President of Student Affairs.
