Asian American Student Union (AASU)
Asian American Student Union (AASU) is dedicated to educating the student body about Asian American issues, history, and culture, and strives to be the premier source of student, social, and political advocacy. AASU also fosters dedicated, educated, and well-rounded members who will apply their unique talents and acquired skills for the benefit of the greater social/global community. Umbrella organizations of AASU are:

South Asian American Student
Alliance (SAASA)
South Asian American Student Alliance (SAASA) educates UF students about political, social, and cultural issues that pertain to South Asian Americans. SAASA serves to create a safe space to explore South Asian American identities and histories. SAASA also serves to coordinate the efforts and resources of all existing South Asian and South Asian American organizations with the intention of forming an alliance so as to support each other.
