Program Description
InterACT is a semester-long opportunity to learn more about your own and others' identities related to race, ethnicity, religion, socio-economic status, gender, and sexual orientation. In InterACT, students of diverse identities are paired together and encouraged to share and learn from each other both in one-on-one discussions and during monthly workshops that explore topics of diversity. Participants will be asked to attend an orientation in the fall semester, bi-weekly workshops in the spring, and choose several diversity-related events across campus to attend with their co-mentor. Participants will also be asked to write short reflections about their experiences as they proceed in the program.
