Hispanic Latino Organizations
La Casita is home to 40+ Hispanic-Latino organizations. Organizations range from cultural to graduate and from social to service. The Hispanic-Latino organizations promote culture, diversity, and unity throughout the University of Florida campus and Gainesville community. La Casita serves as a convenient meeting area for these clubs and is pleased to co-host numerous events with them throughout the year.
Hispanic Scholarship Fund helps ensure the ultimate success of scholarship recipients and other Latino students with on-campus support networks called Scholar Chapters. Chapters provide organized activities and outreach to Latino students on campus, while promoting academic excellence and building leadership skills.
Association of Hispanic Faculty & Staff is dedicated to establishing communication amd support network among university faculty, staff and students. All faculty and staff members at the University of Florida are invited to participate in the AHFS.
The Hispanic-Latino Student Organizations provide a network for students to come together through common interests and shared background.
