Students of all backgrounds struggle with the challenges of finding an overseas summer internship. The unwelcome prospect of having to take an unpaid or underpaid position is a complicating factor. GHP's Sponsorship Award aims to free students from economic constraints that otherwise impede the pursuit of overseas internships that could contribute richly to students' pre-professional development and personal growth.
Our Sponsorship Award is an academic, need-based scholarship targeting undergraduate students of color. Take a look at our website (www.ghproject.org) for detailed information about the 2007 Award. In addition, attached is a flyer you can post in your office where students are likely to see it.
