WOW! 2008 Event Submission Form

Below you may submit your event to be included in Summer B or Fall schedule. Events must fall during the designated time frame of WOW! and align with the goals of the program. Please complete all fields on the submission form. Once submitted your event will be reviewed. If approved, your event will appear on the online event calendar.

Please submit your program proposal by June 6th for Summer B events and August 1 for Fall events to be eligible for inclusion in printed WOW! materials. You may continue submitting events later than these dates, however they risk not being included in the printed schedule. All approved events will be posted to the online calendar regardless of when they are submitted.

Submission of this form indicates that your organization will coordinate this program according to the goals and mission of WOW!. You also understand that New Student Programs will not provide any funding for your program unless you are awarded a WOW! mini-grant.
