Workshop topics include:

Transitional Leadership:
What happens when most or all of the leaders in your organization are graduating next year? How can you step in to fill the gaps; how can you plan ahead to smooth over this transition? Learn more in our outstanding workshop on transitional leadership. Learn what it takes to take control through empowerment, delegation, and mentoring others. By applying these seasoned principles, your organization can experience longevity and strength of leadership, without painful gaps in effective leadership. With skills in transitional leadership you can rest assured that your future leaders will be apt to lead your organization!

Motivational Leadership:
What is my motivation type? What really motivates me? How can I use these passions to make myself a more effective leader? Learn all of these skills and more through our workshop on Motivational Leadership! Fully grasp your leadership potential through this exciting workshop in self-awareness as you find your unique motivational leadership style!

Leadership Practices Inventory:
How are you an asset to your organization? We all lead differently, but in order to be an effective leader, you need to be able to know what kind of leader you are. Let LeadUF do a LPI survey that allows your organization to grow by identifying individual leadership strengths and weaknesses, and how they contribute to your group.

Time Management:
Let LeadUF save you time by giving us some time. Lets Face it, Time is money. So utilize it wisely by allowing us to teach you effective ways to get things done in an effective and organized manner. Not only will you be more successful in school, work, and as a leader, but you will learn to have more time for the things you enjoy as well.

Communication in Conflict: It’s getting Hot in Here, Here’s how to Cool it Down:
Does keeping your cool, while in a heated situation seem to be an issue for you? This workshop is targeted at those specific instances when communication can determine the outcome of a situation, whether good or bad. Presenters will facilitate the examination of causes of conflicts, why people avoid them, and how to use communication to produce successful conflict resolution.

Stress Management:
Do exams have your head spinning? Or issues with your roommates stressing you? This workshop looks into the causes of stress, what you as an individual can do to avoid unnecessary stress, and tips on how you can handle stress when it comes your way.
