Mentoring Program

Mission: The Women's Mentoring Program strives to create a more supportive learning environment on the University of Florida campus community by providing undergraduate women with the tools and guidance of those who have truly “been there” and exposing and confronting stigmas concerning women in leadership roles.

Benefits:The Women's Mentoring Program provides undergraduate women with positive role models who can encourage them, provide valuable insights, and inspire them to pursue careers that are historically and presently male dominated. The program also fosters relationships between younger and older women that aid in their success as students, as well as provides valuable experience for their future careers.

Mentee Requirements: The Women's Mentoring Program requires that both the mentor and the mentee remain actively engaged in their relationship. This means communicating with your mentor throughout the year, as well as attending a few of the events we will put on as a part of this program. The mentee must also be a student at the University of Florida.
