Below you may submit your event to be included in the Summer or Fall 2016 Weeks of Welcome schedule. If submitting multiple events, please submit each event individually. Events must take place during the designated dates of WOW! and align with the goals of the program.
Summer B WOW! Dates: June 22 – July 1, 2016
Fall WOW! Dates: August 16 – September 2, 2016
Spring WOW! Dates: January 3 - January 13, 2017
Please complete all fields on the submission form. Once submitted, your event will be reviewed. If approved, your event will appear on the online event calendar and may be added to our printed materials.
If submitting your program for the Summer edition of WOW!, please submit your program by Wednesday, June 15, 2016 to be eligible for inclusion in printed WOW! materials.
If submitting your program for Fall edition of WOW! please submit your program by Monday, August 8, 2016 to be eligible for inclusion in printed WOW! materials.
You may continue submitting events later than these dates, however they risk not being included in the printed schedule or materials. All approved events will be posted to the online event calendar regardless of when they are submitted.
